You tell Hal, our design assistant, what you want made. A priced brief fills in on the left as you answer, and the centre draws an approximate scale drawing of your exhibition stand beside a 1.80 m person. You can change your answers and see the budget move as you go. No 3D model is made on this page.
No. It is an indicative band, shown excluding VAT, so you can judge whether the project is in the right place before you commit anything. Final cost depends on size, finish, quantity, delivery and installation. The studio checks the figure and confirms it within two days.
Type in the budget you have. The tool proposes the smallest changes to scope that bring the project to it, and applies them to what you see on screen. You get a lower specification for your money, not the same thing for less. Our guide to a small budget exhibition stand shows what to spend on first and what to leave out.
Yes. We do not match prices, but we will go through a written quote line by line against our scope so you can see what each includes. If you need to pay less, we offer a version at your figure with a clearly stated scope.
You can save the project to an account, book a call, forward it to a colleague or download the pack. If you go ahead, drawings come first and you approve them in writing before anything is made.
It depends on size, build, graphics, lighting and how many shows it will serve. The tool asks about each and shows an indicative band, excluding VAT. Our guide to exhibition stand design cost sets out what moves the price and four questions to ask before you sign a quote.
A custom stand is built for one design and often one show. A reusable stand is made to reconfigure or travel, so its cost is spread across many shows. Our comparison of custom and modular exhibition stands sets the two side by side.
Yes, in outline. The page draws an approximate scale drawing of the stand beside a 1.80 m person, so you can judge its footprint and height. Full drawings follow and you approve them before it is built.
Yes. Packing, freight, duty and tax and installation are lines in the brief.
Tell Hal the footprint and it scales. Larger stands need more engineering and the tool prices that in.
Yes. Hero pieces such as oversized products come from Prop Room and sit within the stand design.
Stand design, stand build, installation, and storage and reuse afterwards. You get a stand drawn to the organiser's rules, built, installed inside the build-up window and taken down again when the show closes.
You tell Hal which show and which venue and a priced brief builds beside it. Drawings are drawn to the organiser's rules and you approve them in writing. The stand is built, finished, packed and shipped, then installed at the venue and taken down when the show ends.
Yes. Organisers set rules on height, materials and paperwork. Give Hal the technical manual if you have it and the drawings follow it, and if you do not, say so and the question is settled first.
A one-off bespoke stand, a reusable modular one, an upgrade of a shell scheme, an island or large stand, or a booth with meeting rooms. Hal asks which, how many shows it must serve and how much space you have, from under twenty square metres to more than two hundred.
Counters, seating, meeting tables, storage with a lock and a hospitality bar. Showcases, plinths, product walls and scale models. Wall and floor graphics, hanging banners and counter fronts. Screens, an LED wall, touchscreens, and lighting. Say which you want and the brief includes them.
You choose: Stillroom builds and installs it, your own team builds it, or Stillroom supervises your team. Hal asks, because it decides what is made and what is left for the build-up days.
Yes. Say whether it is not needed, for a few months, or long term. A stand that will be used again is built to come apart and go back together.
Yes. Hal asks where the show is, from the UK and Europe to the Middle East and North America, and the brief carries the freight, duty and tax, and installation.
Weeks for a small stand and longer for a large or bespoke one with screens, lighting and graphics. The date that matters is the start of the build-up, which does not move. Tell Hal the show and we say plainly whether it is realistic.
The floor plan and the organiser's rules are the best start. A floor plan alone works, and so does nothing yet. Tell Hal the show, the size and what the stand must do.
