You tell Hal, our design assistant, what you want made. A priced brief fills in on the left as you answer, and the centre draws an approximate scale drawing of your product beside a 1.80 m person. You can change your answers and see the budget move as you go. No 3D model is made on this page.
No. It is an indicative band, shown excluding VAT, so you can judge whether the project is in the right place before you commit anything. Final cost depends on size, finish, quantity, delivery and installation. The studio checks the figure and confirms it within two days.
Type in the budget you have. The tool proposes the smallest changes to scope that bring the project to it, and applies them to what you see on screen. You get a lower specification for your money, not the same thing for less.
Yes. We do not match prices, but we will go through a written quote line by line against our scope so you can see what each includes. If you need to pay less, we offer a version at your figure with a clearly stated scope.
You can save the project to an account, book a call, forward it to a colleague or download the pack. If you go ahead, drawings come first and you approve them in writing before anything is made.
It means running the making of your product for you: the specification, samples, quality checks, schedule and delivery, with deep project-management and manufacturing knowledge behind each step.
Yes. Product design comes first, then drawings you approve in writing, samples and the production run.
Yes. Pre-production samples are approved before the full run is committed.
Drawings are approved at an exact revision, production works to that one drawing, and the product is checked against it before it ships.
Yes. Export packaging, freight, duty and tax and installation appear as lines in the brief, so the budget covers the whole project.
From a single bespoke piece to repeat production. Tell Hal what and how many and the budget shows the difference quantity makes.
Anyone with a product of their own to make: an idea, a set of drawings or a finished design. You may want one prototype, a short run or repeat production. One person answers for the whole of it, from the first drawing to stock on your shelf.
It is planned, sampled and checked unit by unit against the sample you signed off, then delivered to your door. Production planning, sampling, quality control and delivery are the four parts, and each has a name beside it in the plan.
You describe the product to Hal and a priced brief builds. Product design comes first where it is needed, then drawings you approve in writing at an exact revision, then pre-production samples. Only once you approve the samples does the run begin, and the product is checked against the approved drawing before it ships.
Yes. A single bespoke piece, a prototype or a pre-production sample is a normal start. The same project can then carry on into small-batch production without changing who you deal with.
It is the first version made the way the product will be made in the run, so you can handle it, test it and sign it off. Whatever you approve becomes the standard every unit is checked against.
You do not chase three companies. One person holds the specification, the samples, the checks and the schedule, and answers your questions on all of them. That is the value of the room.
It depends on the product, how many you need and how many rounds of samples are required. A small run of a simple product takes weeks, and a complex one longer. Tell Hal the date and we say plainly whether it is realistic.
Yes, where the site or operator asks for them, such as an engineer's report or testing before shipping and on site. Tell Hal and they go into the scope from the start.
A priced brief, drawings you approve in writing, a signed-off sample, a finished run checked unit by unit against it, and delivery to your door.
