You tell Hal, our design assistant, what you want made. A priced brief fills in on the left as you answer, and the centre draws an approximate scale drawing of your event build beside a 1.80 m person. You can change your answers and see the budget move as you go. No 3D model is made on this page.
No. It is an indicative band, shown excluding VAT, so you can judge whether the project is in the right place before you commit anything. Final cost depends on size, finish, quantity, delivery and installation. The studio checks the figure and confirms it within two days.
Type in the budget you have. The tool proposes the smallest changes to scope that bring the project to it, and applies them to what you see on screen. You get a lower specification for your money, not the same thing for less.
Yes. We do not match prices, but we will go through a written quote line by line against our scope so you can see what each includes. If you need to pay less, we offer a version at your figure with a clearly stated scope.
You can save the project to an account, book a call, forward it to a colleague or download the pack. If you go ahead, drawings come first and you approve them in writing before anything is made.
The venue, the build, the run-of-show and the running of the physical event on the night.
Yes. Stage design, set builds and hero props are made for the event and installed on site.
Partly. The page draws an approximate scale drawing of the stage or build beside a 1.80 m person, so you can judge its size. Full drawings follow and you approve them before anything is made.
Yes. We cover launch events and corporate events, from a single stage to a full venue.
By scale, build, number of days and installation. Tell Hal and the budget builds as an indicative band.
Tell Hal the date and we say plainly whether it is realistic.
Launch nights, galas and awards, conferences, private parties, dinners, corporate events and public events. Hal asks which one, how many guests you expect, from under fifty to more than five hundred, and whether you have a theme.
Scenic pieces and props, stage and set, decor and signage, or the whole event. Lighting, sound and effects can be added where the night needs them. Hal asks what you need, so you pay only for the parts you want.
You describe the event to Hal and a priced brief builds as you answer. Drawings follow and you approve them in writing. The pieces are built, finished, packed and delivered, then installed at the venue. Your producer is there on the night, from first delivery to the last guest out, and the build is struck afterwards.
Tell Hal whether access is the day before, a few hours before or several days. The shorter your window, the more is made in advance and fitted quickly on site, and a longer window allows more to be built in the room. The brief is planned around whichever you have.
That is your choice: we clear it away, your own team does, or it stays where it is. Hal asks, because it decides how the pieces are built and what is in the plan for the day after.
Venues set rules on access, fixings, fire and load, and some are strict. If you have the venue's document, give it to Hal and the brief follows it. If not, say so and it is flagged as a question to settle early.
Yes. Choose none, lighting, lighting and AV, or lighting, AV and effects. The set, the lighting and the running order are planned together so the night works as one thing.
Weeks for a few pieces, longer for a full stage and scenic build. It depends on the drawings you approve and how much has to be made. Event dates do not move, so tell Hal yours and we say plainly whether it is realistic.
A priced brief and drawings you approve in writing, the finished pieces installed at the venue, a producer on the night, and the room cleared again afterwards if you asked us to.
The date, the venue, roughly how many guests, and any theme you have. Venue floor area and rules help. If you have only an idea of the evening, start there.
