## The two halves

### Part A — The Creative Office
Lead: **Michael Farwinger** (Creative Lead). 13 AI specialists. Disciplines: concept, art direction, set design, technical drawings, visualisation, virtual film, brand strategy, copy, project management, approvals, estimating, procurement, studio ops. Speed of AI: a brief lands in the morning, a buildable package leaves the office before close.

### Part B — The Factory Studio
Lead: **Rafael Rose James** (Production Lead). 8 production craftspeople. Disciplines: joinery, metalwork, CNC (3-axis), spray and finishing, electronics, animatronics, upholstery, install. 12+ years collective fabrication experience. Skill of human hands: drawings turn into objects on the floor.

## How a project moves

1. **Brief** — Client tells us the thing, the place, the date. We tell them whether we're the right shop. Selective but always reply.
2. **Direction** — Concept, references, two or three visualisations. Quick to argue with, finished enough to decide on.
3. **Drawings** — Technical package, finishes, fixings, cut list. Same week, not next month. Reviewed by Rafael before leaving the office.
4. **Build & Install** — Cut, joined, painted, electrified, packed, installed. Photographed when standing. Crated when the campaign ends.

## Standards

- **ISO 9001-aligned** quality management — process logged, decisions traceable, paper trail per job.
- **Health & Safety** — RAMS and method statements as standard, CDM-aware on construction-led work.
- **Sustainability** — FSC stocks by default, reusable substrates where the brief allows, crated-for-tour where builds travel.
- **IP and approvals** — standard NDAs, brand-team approval gates wired into the pipeline.
- **Insurance** — public liability, employers' liability, professional indemnity in place.
